This means that your order can be shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India or the United States.  Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.   

Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)

When can I get the Tracking Number?

Tracking Numbers usually takes 3-7 business days to be generated. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to update your tracking information. If you don't receive tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email. If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email too.

  How long does the shipping/delivery take?

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days depending on the partner supplying your order. Once your package is en route, delivery times are 2-3 weeks after processing. Please note that there can be unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are not able to control which may also cause some delays (e.g., an upcoming holiday season).

  How can I track my product shipment?

We will send you an email with the tracking information 3-7 days after the purchase.

  What should I do if the received item is damaged?

We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects to sales@bargaintiger.com

  Can I get replacement for the damaged item?

Yes, within 7 days upon receiving the item. If the defect is valid, we will send another replacement to you.
